If you have a problem of any kind with products ordered from Mozaik …We’re here for you! You can start the replacement, refund or return process one of two ways.
1. Utilize our return and replacement portal online by clicking here at anytime... day or night!
2. Call us at +1-732-965-1139, Monday - Friday (except holidays) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time if you need help processing the return or replacement.
If you're trying to deal with a return outside of our regular customer service hours, you can also email us at email@example.com any time and we'll get back to you the very next working day.
The Fine Print…You may submit for a return, refund or replacement items sold and fulfilled by www.partybymozaik.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns must be new and unopened. We would love to know the reason so we can fix it in the future! Most approved refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.
You can create replacement and exchange orders from your account page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. Returns and refunds will be credited to the original form of payment on your order.
