Looks nice

These are nice disposable silverware. You can also hand wash and re use them if you want. They are not suitable for a dishwasher or microwave. They're not as strong as real silverware of course, but it's much stronger than the cheap, flimsy plastic ware that you buy in supermarkets. The knives cut good and the other utensils work just fine. But, they cost a lot more than you would pay for the other stuff, especially if you were having a large cookout.

    Works for us!

I have a very casual extended family. For years, we have been eating Thanksgiving dinner on paper plates. We go all out on the food, but nobody wants to wash the plates afterwards, so we go with disposable plates/utensils/cups for that one night. We “splurge” on the nice, thick cardboard type plates, and now we can do the same on the plastic utensils by getting these. Yes, they are plastic and single-use and not nearly as durable as stainless or (gasp!) real silver, but it’s so nice to toss everything into a big trash bag after the big meal and hit the couch.

    A little Classier

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 17th 2017

Very nice inexpensive “disposable but reusable “ plastic cutlery. It looks a little classier because it is the color of real silverware. It is reasonably heavyweight, in that it can be hand washed and reused several times. You get 16 forks, 8 spoons and 8 knives. I am pleased with this product.

Solid plastic that looks like real silverware. Fancy & fun!

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 13th 2017

This is really attractive heavy-weight plastic silverware that has the shine and reflection of metal cutlery. It definitely makes your party buffet or picnic a lot more fancy, with the ease of being disposable. (My mom used to wash and reuse the plastic cutlery, so that's certainly an option too.) Can you buy the regular plastic items at a dollar store instead? Absolutely. But these are solid (no tines breaking into the potato salad) and the price seems right for what you get.

Such a great way to have a classy

Such a great way to have a classy, yet throw away holiday party. I love how real these look and I especially love thing them all away when we are done celebrating. You seriously cannot look back after using these.

Nice looking disposable utencils. Obviously not real, very light weight, but you don't have to wash them. Just toss them away.

This is a unique idea, having plastic forks but with a little more class. They look like they would be heavy, but they aren't. They are very lightweight. Guests will know they are using plastic utensils after they pick it up. They look much nicer than the usual plastic ones.

Excellent Value for 80 Piece Set. Looks Real Until You Lift It and Realize It Is Plastic

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 8th 2017

This is the fanciest plastic flatware I have ever seen. It looks very real until you pick it up and since it is so lightweight, you suddenly realize it must be plastic. In the photos below, I intermixed with a set of my Oneida Michaelangelo flatware knife, fork and spoon so you can compare the luster of this plastic flatware. The plastic flatware is the simple smooth design and the Michaelangelo design is the more ornate design. The finish of each looks rather similar to each other.

This set supplies twice as many forks as spoons or knives. It's safe to say forks are the most used utensil. I wish the spoon size was a little bigger, but that isn't to suggest it is insufficient. The forks are the most full-sized and realistic looking utensil of all. The spoons and knives are a little undersized as you've come to expect with most all plastic tableware. In my photos, you can see the comparative size of each item with a moderately expensive set of real stainless flatware set. You get 16 forks and 8 spoons and 8 knives in this set I received.

It's interesting to note that the 80 piece set is a lot cheaper than the 32 piece set - half the price when you consider shipping. So if you are planning to purchase this, be sure to buy the 80 piece set. At least that is the pricing today. I think I am going to order the 80 piece set before the price changes. That's quite a deal for expendable flatware, but I will wash it in hot water and keep it for another round or more. I'd be cautious about plastic in the lower section of a dishwasher on the dry cycle. Of course, you can set it on an unheated dry cycle and use a cloth kitchen towel wipe it yourself to avoid water spots - shouldn't take long at all.
