Fancy plasticware

Posted by Anonymous on Oct 13th 2018

If you're needing fancy looking plasticware for a wedding or other event, this is a really good option. They are sturdy and durable, and also look like silverware. They are a simple design, not too much detail, but again more like real silverware. Not cheap, but a pretty reasonable price for what you are getting.

Tiny plastic "stainless steel" cutlery sets, perfect to have around for entertaining and for little girl princess parties!

Posted by Anonymous on Jun 5th 2018

I love these little tiny plastic cutlery sets: these are perfect for parties where you need just a little spoon or fork or knife per person, and are really pretty and believable as the cutlery, they look like stainless steel, especially from a bit far away: up close they still are very believable, but once you feel the weight of the light but sturdy plastic, you know! These are great for using and recycling or for using and cleaning and using again: I love having these around the house for entertaining and parties, and these would also be fun for dollhouse tea party and princess party play! Would definitely recommend.

doesn't look like plastic, just as light as plastic

Posted by Anonymous on May 23rd 2018

Lightweight plastic-core cutlery, with an ingenious coating of stainless steel that presents the appearance of metal. It's just as light as plastic disposables, but intended to be reused rather than discarded. All at a price just modestly higher than premium plastic cutlery normally is. If you get just a couple of uses out of each piece, it's already easily paid for the premium.

The manufacturer recommends hand-washing, but for testing purposes I ran mine through the dishwasher. There was some water spotting from that process, but the metal coating seemed intact. Handwashing is likely best for longevity, but in a pinch the dishwasher is fine.

I'm not normally a fan of "disposable" cutlery, so Mozaik provides a good alternative. They aren't going to last like metal-core cutlery, but for outdoor/casual dining, it's a reasonable substitute. Recommended.

    Nice and sturdy, nice feel

Posted by Anonymous on Jan 31st 2018

These are right between plastic disposable cutlery and real metal. For any event where disposable cutlery is appropriate, these are definitely on the really-nice end of the spectrum. You could wash and reuse these a few times if you wanted, though they would get tossed around in a dishwasher.

    Attractive

Posted by Anonymous on Jan 14th 2018

Very attractive plastic utensils that look to the eye like stainless steel. Great for parties. Watch for the "add-on" sale for a better price. Good quality and heaver duty than most plastic ware. I was very pleased with the appearance.

Not Metal But Step Up from Plastic Looking

Posted by Anonymous on Jan 9th 2018

This is basically plastic dinner-ware with a metal cover to look classy. It's a step up from cheap looking plastic and if you want to wash it to use again you could, or you could recycle it. Seemed durable enough and again, looked nicer than cheap plastic with our holiday plates and napkins. Overall, I think the Mozaik line offers some innovative ideas for party entertaining with their little appetizer cups, tiny cocktail forks and spoons- I found the appetizer cups great for portions of dessert as well.

    Very high quality plastic utensils

Posted by Anonymous on Jan 7th 2018

These are very nice plastic utensils. Too good not to wash and reuse, I think. I’m keeping them in my desk at work for emergency use ( when I forget to bring my fork from home ) but they would be perfect for a party or picnic when you want disposable cultlery.

    Looks Good but Flimsy

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 27th 2017

The look is quite nice. It is definitely just a stainless steel look...the utensils are very flimsy. For a party with heavy hors d'oeuvres, these worked okay. If we had any heavier foods, it wouldn't have worked at all.

The best looking plastic utensils out there, but not the best feeling

Posted by Anonymous on Dec 25th 2017

These are probably the best looking plastic forks you'll ever use, but honestly they're not super sturdy. A lot of the sturdier and cheaper options from my local grocery store felt better in the hand than these did. However, I will say that these look good enough to fool people into thinking they were metal from afar.
