Looks Real, Light Weight Yet Sturdy

Posted by Anonymous on Jan 14th 2019

This set of disposable cutlery looks like real metal but feels like plastic. They look beautiful on the table and guests were unaware they were plastic until they picked them up.
Although plastic and disposable, they can be washed and reused if desired. They are not flimsy at all. They do not bend when eating and the knives cut through foods, including meats, really well.
Spoons and forks held up when eating hot foods without becoming too flexible.
The surfaces that touch the food and are placed in the mouth are smooth without sharp edges and no fragments. The texture feels like you are eating with real cutlery.

You may not want to use these for everyday use but for special occasions and parties they are perfect.

    Nice product

Yes they are plastic but you pretty much have to pick up a utensil to figure that out. Therefore, they really enhance table settings. The pieces pick up the light just like regular flatware . Great way to have extra flatware on hand for special occasions or to dress up your BBQ. The pieces are sturdy--we found them to be up to the tasks of handling items such as fried chicken, Italian sausage, chili, ribs, london broil, salad,

The Most Convincing Plastic Cutlery You Can Buy

Posted by Anonymous on Sep 30th 2018

If you want the look of steel in disposable cutler then this is the way to go. The hammered look really is convincing and on a table setting these do look real. Only when you lift the utensil do you realize that it is plastic (based on its light weight). It is more durable than ordinary plastic cutlery but over time the silver finish does start to wear off so I wouldn't feel comfortable re-using these more than a couple of times (after hand washing). Overall for the price these are an excellent purchase.

    Strong & Durable

My husband and I aren't proud of ourselves for being lazy as often as we are, but we both work all day and sometimes we just need a break from dishes. Blue Apron meals, paper plates, and plastic utensils for the win! These are terrific - they're well-made and durable, the spoon didn't melt in my soup (I've had that happen before) and the forks are strong enough to cut thru most cooked meat. A+ from me!

Nice Disposable Silverware: You Won't Want to Dispose of It

Posted by Anonymous on Aug 28th 2018

My wife used this set for a brunch of 18 women, and the comments from her friends as well as the performance of the cutlery led her to wash it instead of dumping it! That's a good sign of quality. We will buy this again when we have need.

    Stylish

These surprisingly look like metal utensils. However, while stylish, they are not as sturdy as expected for use with red thick meat, steak but work fine with softer fish or meatless dishes. Overall, a great alternative to using your metal utensils while still maintaining a classy dining table layout.

From a distance, you could have fooled me

Posted by Anonymous on Aug 15th 2018

Looks like real silverware, but once you pick it up it's most certainly plastic. We are not really a party hosting family, but if I were to have a gathering at the house I think this cutlery could add a little class to the table setting, Would I use real dishes/china or paper plates that look like real plates? I guess that would be a personal preference thing. Why there are 20 more forks than spoons and knives is beyond me. Box says these are reusable, but I'm all set with that.

    better than expected

Posted by Anonymous on Aug 11th 2018

I was happily surprised to find that these were stronger and more capable eating utensils than I expected.

I expected cheap, painted or plated plastic, and that is definitely not the case.

They are fairly strong for plastic utensils, do not chip or lose their finish, and hold up quite well for short term use.

The knives have teeth that are better than most plastic knives, and cut well for plastic.

Looking like real silverware, these would be great for parties or events where you want a bit more class than just cheap plastic utensils will give you.

I like them.
