Cheese Snowman

For Day 9 of our 12 Days of Holiday Cheer, we are featuring snowmen that cannot melt, but must be eaten!

All you need is:
– Cheese (we used Monterey Jack)
– Grapes
– Pretzel Sticks
– Balsamic Dressing

To Make:
– Slice the cheese into three cubes (small, medium and large sized) and then stack to create the body
– Break the pretzel sticks in half and stick one on each side of the medium sized cheese cubes to create the arms
– Slice the grape in half and place on top of the snowman to give him a hat!

To be more creative, using a toothpick dipped in balsamic dressing paint two eyes, a mouth and a nose onto the smallest piece of cheese to create the face.

Keep cold until your guests arrive so they don’t melt!

Hot Dog Wreath

For Day 3 of our 12 Days of Holiday Cheer, we are featuring a fun and festive way to serve a classic appetizer!
A Festive Wreath of Mini Hot Dogs!

Ingredients:
– Mini Hot Dogs
– Red Fruit Leather
– Ketchup
– Mustard

Mozaik Products:
Hammered Platters
96 pc. Appetizer Set

To Make:
– Bake mini hot dogs for 12 – 15 minutes in the oven, or until golden brown.
– Once cooled, arrange mini hot dogs in a circle around the edge of the platter
– Fill two mini tasting bowls with condiments of your choice, we used ketchup and mustard and place in the middle of the ring.
– Using the red fruit leather, tie a bow and place at the bottom of the platter to create the finishing touch!

Serve and Enjoy!

Peppermint Shooters

 

For Day 1 of our 12 Days of Holiday Cheer, we are featuring festive Peppermint Mousse Shooters. This is an easy to make dessert that can be served in individual portions!

Ingredients:
– Chocolate Mousse
– Raspberry Mousse
– Candy Canes
– Peppermint
Mozaik Product:
48 piece Mini Dessert Set

To Make:
–  Using one mini tasting cups, pour in one layer of chocolate mousse followed by a layer of raspberry mousse.
– Repeat until there are four layers total (1 chocolate, 1 raspberry, 1 chocolate, 1 raspberry)
– Crush peppermint candies and sprinkle on the top layer
– Add a candy cane into the cup for decoration
– Place in refrigerator until ready to serve
